WATERWORKS VALVES

A comprehensive range of elastomer, PTFE and metal seated valves are available, which are manufactured to comply with international specifications and standards.

Elastomer-seal valves operate on a double-off set principle.

Metal and P.T.F.E.-seated valves operate on the tri-centric design principle.

Generally fitted with worm gearboxes for manual operation, Gunric valves can be fitted with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators to suit output drives in accordance with ISO 5211.

We manufacture a range of Auto-closing butterfly valves fitted with Hydraulic Actuators, as well as a range of Step Seat and Swing Through type butterfly dampers.

Process and Waterworks Valves range in size from 80 to 3000mm and pressures of 6 Bar to 250 Bar and are manufactured in wafer, lugged and double flanged configurations.

Customised and steam jacketed designs are available on request.

Our design can accommodate laying lengths to all recognised standards. We have a full range of designs with laying lengths according to ANSI BI6.10 to replace existing gate valves.

Our valves are manufactured from a wide range of materials, from cast iron to exotic stainless steel alloys as well as materials compatible with NACE MR0175.
